1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern all purchases made by individual consumers on MONONODES.com. An individual consumer is a natural person who purchases products or services from MONONODES.com for personal or professional use. While these products may be used for professional purposes, all transactions are conducted under a business-to-consumer (B2C) model. Each purchase confers a single-user license and prohibits distribution, resale, or use by multiple users unless appropriate multi-user licensing is obtained. 3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our online shop is intended for informational purposes and does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button, you are making a binding commitment to purchase, indicating your acceptance of our offer. The purchase contract with MONONODES.com is concluded once you receive our order confirmation by email, which is sent immediately following the receipt of your order.
4. Purchases are final
Please note that refunds cannot be given for digital downloads purchased on MONONODES.com. By buying a digital product, you expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of cancellation expires at the start of this execution. Our PowerGrades & Generators are compatible with ‘DaVinci Resolve Studio 17.2’ and above. Note that features like ‘Glow, Halation, Grain’ and DCTLs are exclusive to the ‘Studio’ version, while LUTs and generators are compatible with the ‘Free Version’. When you purchase a product, you are entitled to free updates. Usage of membership accounts for online courses is limited to a single individual and is non-transferable, including to educational institutions, organizations, or businesses. Re-uploading any video course content is strictly prohibited.
5. Prices
All prices listed on mononodes.com are total prices. VAT is included and is calculated based on the customer’s country of residence in compliance with applicable tax laws.
6. Instant and automatic delivery
After you purchase a product on MONONODES.com, it becomes immediately available for download. You can download your product using either the link on your checkout page or the download link that we automatically send to your email. This link on the download page is unique and secure, designated for the product you’ve purchased. Following your purchase, you will receive three emails from us: the first confirms your order, the second (“Order Complete” email), which might take a few minutes to arrive, contains the download link for your product, and the third email is the invoice with payment details for your purchase. Additionally, if you purchase a course, you will receive a separate email with instructions to ‘Activate your account on MONONODES’, enabling instant access to the pre-recorded course videos.
6.1. Confirmation of your order” email:
Immediately after you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received and is currently being processed. This is just the initial confirmation; no payment has been taken at this stage.
6.2. “Order Complete” email:
After the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an “Order Complete” email. This email confirms that your order has been finalized and will include a secure download link for your purchased product. Only at this stage is the payment deducted from your account.
6.3. “Invoice” email:
Alongside the “Order Complete” email, you will receive an invoice detailing the payment for your purchase

8. Retention of title
